- No one can honestly promise every infection can be removed. If a computer is seriously compromised, a clean reinstall may be the safest option — we'll explain why.
- If you think accounts were exposed, change those passwords from a different, trusted device.
- If a pop-up told you to call a number or let someone connect to your computer, mention it in your request.
